1. Nomination forms can be picked from the club office between 10:00 am - 6:00pm.
\r\n
2. Submission Deadline for nomination is on 26th June 2022.
\r\n

Positions up for elections.

1. Secretary.
\r\n
2. Committee members (2 slots).
\r\n
3. Women’s Representative.
\r\n
4. Club Captain.
\r\n

Prerequisites for eligibility to participate in the elections.

\r\n
1. Fully paid up Kyadondo Rugby Club member
\r\n
2. Membership paid not less than a month before notice of AGM.
\r\n
3. Be Above the age of 18.
\r\n
4. Minimum education of A-level or equivalent.
\r\n
5. Must have served the club in a rugby capacity for atleast 5 years.
\r\n
6. Must be recommended by atleast 2 members serving in the current EXCOM.
